ICT Support Expert (m/f/d)

We are recruiting an ICT Support Expert for one of our International Construction clients. You will play a key role in end-user support, and the working environment is predominantly Windows-based server infrastructure. The team you will be joining is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, network components and printers for employees on the construction sites and in the German HQ. Moreover, you will identify and resolve PC and network issues. Further tasks would be the maintenance of the SharePoint and M365 environment as well as the analysis and optimization of business processes.

Required experience:

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification/IT-specific training
• System administration and/or in 2nd/3rd level support is an advantage

Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is a big plus:

• Management of Meraki devices (Wi-Fi points, switches, firewalls)
• Palo Alto Cortex XDR
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Microsoft SharePoint Online
