REMOTE/Munich/Freiburg Automation expert with Camunda

We are currently seeking support for one of our clients in the telephony and internet sector to set up process automation using Camunda, connecting to their Dynamics CRM and NaVision ERP systems.
 
The client wants to automate several processes involved in onboarding new customers, primarily number porting, using a Camunda workflow. This requires the workflow to access data in the ERP and CRM systems and execute queries via REST APIs. The goal is to automate these steps as much as possible, only requiring human intervention in problematic cases. So far, our consultants have given us consistently positive feedback.

-         Duration: end of 2027 (quarterly contract)
-         Workload: ideally 40 hours/week

-         Location: CET +/- 1 hour

Skills:
-         Experience with Camunda automation
-         Experience reading and writing data from Dynamics and NaVision
-         Experience with REST APIs
-         AI and automation experience
