We are currently looking for a Service Manager for one of our Medical Technology clients. Your leadership skills will be highly appreciated in the development and guidance of your team. You will plan and coordinate the service operations in Eastern Germany, while prioritizing repair, maintenance, and testing orders for our medical devices. Service quality, customer satisfaction, and the response time standards (SLAs) are of great importance for the business and therefore will fall within your scope of responsibility. As a Quality Management Representative (QMR), you will ensure compliance with all relevant norms and standards – including active participation in recertification according to ISO 13485. Moreover, you will train and motivate the team as well as analyze the KPIs and report directly to the management.

- Technical education (e.g. technician, master craftswoman) or a degree in electrical engineering, medical technology or industrial engineering
- Quality management – preferably in the medical technology sector.

- Initial leadership experience and a good sense for team leadership and communication
- Electrical engineering, electronics and mechanics.
- A structured, solution-oriented approach to work and economic thinking.
- Strong communication skills
- MS Office, Outlook and ERP systems – ideally also with Hexagon.
- Willingness to undertake occasional field service assignments in the region and to the main location in Bavaria.
