Oracle HCM Data Analytics Architect

We are currently looking for an Oracle HCM Data Analytics Architect to help us with defining the target state for OAC/FDI, Data Warehouse on OCI, as well as data integration, modelling and security. You will create reference architectures and standards. Moreover, you will design Star/Snowflake and Data Vault models and orchestrate batch and near-real-time pipelines from Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM) and non-Oracle systems. Further tasks will be to implement OAC dashboards, FDI metrics, KPIs, and self-service analytics, and to develop ELT frameworks in ADW/OCI data integration. Finally, you will also work on the data governance and security.

Required experience:
•        Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle FDI, and Data Warehousing (OCI/ADW)
•        Oracle HCM Cloud
•        Data modelling, ELT/ETL, CI/CD, and IaC
•        GDPR, security frameworks (RBAC/ABAC), and data governance.
