REMOTE SAP DMS Consultant

We are currently looking for an SAP DMS Consultant to help us customize the document management, including ERP & PLM interfaces. You will manage the workstream as a link between business and IT, including project planning, action tracking (e.g., in ServiceNow), and sprint management. Moreover, you will provide technical and conceptual support for authorizations (role and rights concept) as well as optimize and document processes and system settings. You will manage external service providers (e.g., SEAL Systems AG), while also planning and implementing workflow automation and output management measures.

Required experience:
•        Several years of experience in the SAP DMS environment, preferably in S/4HANA projects.
•        In-depth process knowledge in document management, including ArchiveLink and SAP table level.
•        Workflow automation (Flexible Workflow, Change Record, BRF+) desirable.
•        Interfaces to ERP/PLM and authorization/authorization concepts.
•        S/4HANA Fiori environment (OData Services, App Support).

You must have participated in at least two reference projects that meet the following criteria:
•        At least two reference projects in the area of SAP DMS (S/4HANA preferred).
•        Experience in managing subprojects/workstreams.
