One of our corporate clients (+100,000 employees) in the retail sector has exclusively mandated us to search for two Data roles as part of a Workday implementation. We are looking for:
Workday "Data" Stream: 2 additional HR Data Specialists
More than 50 HR solutions worldwide are being replaced by Workday solutions and around 50 solutions will be integrated. The aim is to create a harmonized global HR solution.
You must be based in Germany. A relocation to Germany will be mandatory and supported from the client if needed.
The remuneration is very attractive and will increase every year. Currently the teams meet onsite 2 days per week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (close to Düsseldorf/Germany). First Implementation regions are US and Australia.
The position is hybrid remote/onsite approx. 20 km north of Düsseldorf. Employment is on the basis of a permanent full-time contract.

Workday "Data" Stream: 2 additional HR Data Specialists
- The first HR Data Specialist will focus on data migration - working across all streams
- You must have experience with HR Data (best case, experience with Workday/Successfactors)
- You will work with lots of different data, the client has over 100 HR solutions right now, and 50 will be integrated in the Global Uniform System
- The second HR Data Specialist will focus on building the Global Reporting Dashboard - working across all streams.
- You must have experience with HR Data (best case, experience with Workday/Successfactors)
- You will be responsible for connecting the data to the system on a global level, deciding what data should be in while harmonizing it between countries.
