We are recruiting an Engineering Team Lead - Web & Desktop for one of our Tech clients. You will be leading the design and development of both the Web and the Desktop applications. Your focus will be on building a scalable front-end with React and TypeScript while ensuring clean code and best practices. Integrating the latest tech like Web Workers, WebRTC & Web Assembly will happen under your guidance. Additionally, you will mentor the other developers and encourage internal communication to ensure great results. At least 2-3 years of people management experience are a must.
