We are recruiting a Head of Engineering - Backend for one of our Tech clients. You will lead three teams (Core-backend development team, the Platform team and the Integrations team). As a strategic lead, you will coordinate the teams’ goals and be in constant communication with the front-end department. Moreover, part of your tasks will be to advice the Team Leads on how to properly manage their teams in line with the corporate goals. Since the engineers will be reaching out to you with technical questions, it is very important that you not only perform the managerial functions but you can also go deeper into technical topics with them and provide valuable solutions.

- Leadership/Managerial experience in backend, platform/infrastructure or integrations
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
