Fitz has a background in both agency (External) and in house (Internal) recruitment. He has worked as a consultant for many years in both freelance and permanent portfolios building these from the ground up. When he moved to internal talent acquisition he was tasked with internal recruitment strategy post an organisational resturcture. After re-training he is now with us at Digital Associates as our Head of Marketing focussing on Business Development and brand strategy.
