Early in his life, back in the last Millennium Marcus realised that Digital products will be the future an decided to be a part of it in studying computer science. Realising being a developer is not where Marcus can bring value to a company he made the decision to start a career as an independent financial advisor and learn more about the business side of things.
In 2012 an opportunity came up to change surroundings and start a new career in Recruitment. The decision was made to help companies grow by providing highly demanded employees. After four years an opportunity to combine all of the assembled skills in IT, Recruitment and sales occurred and Marcus joined an IT Recruitment Start-Up. From there on He is investing all his effort helping companies digitalise, grow and finish their projects to reach business goals.
