Working in sales and being exposed to business topics from a young age helped Militsa figure out that she feels motivated and appreciated in dynamic working environments. Studying International Business and afterward doing a Master's in Finance on the other hand convinced her that Finance is far more unattractive than expected. With the world’s growing need for digitalization, Militsa’s interest in recruitment, and willingness to change the course of her career, she found herself being really happy when working with people, especially with helping them build their own professional paths.

Her journey started approximately 3 years ago and she admits that being the middle man could be challenging at times, yet very rewarding when being able to find the right solution. Additionally, Militsa turned out to be quite passionate about digital topics, which facilitated the learning process and she is now staffing diverse IT projects, while also leading the recruitment team in Varna, Bulgaria.
